• Pilot Run (Size Set Approval): Confirming grading, measurements, print accuracy, embellishment durability, and garment performance through pilot testing.

• In-Line Inspection: Continuous quality checks during production to maintain AQL 2.5 (Acceptable Quality Level) and identify any deviations early.

• Final Inspection & Audit: Comprehensive in-process inspection followed by a final audit at AQL 2.5, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
